I find cemeteries to be some, if not, the most peaceful places to visit. Cemeteries are quiet, peaceful, and often surrounded by so much greenery and nature. They can provide a great place for quiet reflection. I hope my photography captures these elements for you to enjoy.
Most rural cemeteries were built at a time when there weren’t public parks, art museums, or botanical gardens in American cities. Walking through a historical cemetery is very much like waking through an outdoor art museum of beautiful and unique sculptures made of stone or metal. Mausoleums are a form of artwork, each one has a beautifully unique architecture and style. Suddenly you find yourself surrounded by large pieces of ground, filled with beautiful sculptures and horticultural art.
This image caught my attention as the kneeling angel statues had bright red and bright green leaves in the background. It was in the early weeks of fall so the fall colors were just starting to boom. I thought that the background of the green and red made her look stunning. Despite the cool weather, I had a very peaceful time walking around the cemetery and admiring all of the angels I saw throughout the day. I feel that in some ways, cemeteries are outdoor art museums, so much details, thought, and skill goes into these headstones. Truly beautiful to look at with the fall colors of yellow and red booming all around.
I hope that my photography was able to capture what I saw and experienced on that day and that I was able to share these experience with you. More importantly, I hope that the greeting cards brighten up your day!

Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. From personal experience, I’ve shipped First Class Packages and half of them are receiving in 3 business days while the other half have taken up to two weeks to receive.
Priority Mail’s two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively. Customers will continue to receive product tracking.
If you would like to use a different shipping method, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. Different shipping methods other than USPS First Class Mail will be at buyers cost.
