“Yellow” was taken during the fall of 2017 in Rock Creek Cemetery - D.C. I remember it was a crisp and cool morning, that first day of fall that reminds you that winter isn’t too far away. Despite the cool weather, I had a very peaceful time walking around the cemetery and admiring all of the angels I saw throughout the day. I feel that in some ways, cemeteries are outdoor art museums, so much details, thought, and skill goes into these headstones. Truly beautiful to look at with the fall colors of yellow and red booming all around.
“Red” caught my attention as the kneeling angel statues had bright red and bright green leaves in the background. It was in the early weeks of fall so the fall colors were just starting to boom. I thought that the background of the green and red made her look stunning. Despite the cool weather, I had a very peaceful time walking around the cemetery and admiring all of the angels I saw throughout the day. I feel that in some ways, cemeteries are outdoor art museums, so much details, thought, and skill goes into these headstones. Truly beautiful to look at with the fall colors of yellow and red booming all around.
The “Bee Feet” photo was taken in the National Herb Garden Area in D.C. Arboretum. I took this image only a few weeks after taking the “Pink Flower Bee” image and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of flowers that were beginning to blossom in the Herb Garden Area. I took several images of this pleasantly plump bee, one of the my favorite images, how plump this bee is and how his feet are so wide apart! This is probably the cutest bee I’ve ever seen! I just smile and giggle every time I see this image.
On a hot summer day, while visiting the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens in D.C., I got a chance to watch what seemed hundreds of dragonflies of all colors flying from lotus flowers to water lilies. They seemed to have this beautiful, delicate dance as they flew from one flower to the next. Watching their translucent and iridescent wings made me think of them as colorful fairies. I was able to capture "Red Dragonfly" images on this day.
One of my favorite things to photographs are bees! They truly have a funny way of flying from flower to flower being busy little bees. On a personal note, I’m allergic to bee and yellow jacket stings so it’s important to carry an epi-pen with me at all times. Doesn’t stop me from photographing bees in gardens and arboretums. I wanted to bring a collection of bee and cemetery angel photography collection with bold and colorful fall colors.
I hope that my photography was able to capture what I saw and experienced on that day and that I was able to share these experience with you. More importantly, I hope that the greeting cards brighten up your day!

Each set of cards contains a backing board to help protect your cards and envelopes from bending during shipment. I use Premium Eco Clear Bags - more Clearer, Stronger, and more Crease Resistant, made from plants and compostable. I use these new Premium Eco Clear Bags to replace traditional Poly bag but the sustainability of a Eco-Friendly product.
Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. From personal experience, I’ve shipped First Class Packages and half of them are receiving in 3 business days while the other half have taken up to two weeks to receive.
Priority Mail’s two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively. Customers will continue to receive product tracking.
